Upcoming Panel Event in Dodge City to Discuss Future of Kansas Courts Ahead of August 4 Ballot Amendment

Dodge City, KS — Kansas Appleseed will be in Dodge City on Thursday, April 30, for Justice for All: The Future of Kansas Courts panel event. This educational event is coming to your community to help Kansans understand what’s at stake in the August 4 ballot constitutional amendment. The event will feature expert panelists, including:

  • David Rebein, a Kansas trial lawyer with over 40 years of experience, has tried thousands of cases, represented both individuals and Fortune 500 companies, led a nationally recognized law firm, and is an active community volunteer in Dodge City.

  • Teresa Woody, former Litigation Director at Kansas Appleseed, is an experienced trial attorney specializing in environmental and toxic torts, class actions, wage and hour law, and complex business litigation, with a record of multi-million-dollar settlements, successful trial verdicts, and leadership in high-stakes cases involving regulatory agencies and corporate disputes.
