The City of Liberal Community Splash Pads have opened to the public for the 2026 season. The splash pads are located in McCray and Mahuron Parks and were launched in May of 2025.  The Splash Pads have been a huge hit with young and old alike. So if you are looking for a place to cool off, and spend time with family and friends, head to one of these Parks and have fun. The splash pads are free and operate from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
