Southwestern Heights football player Javier Jacquez wins the Billy’s 10 Best Scholarship.  Jacquez is a running back and defensive end for the Mustangs.  He also participates in track and field.  Winners of the Billy’s 10 Best Scholarship are announced Thursday nights between 6-7 during the On the Sidelines Show at Billy’s on 102.7 and kscbnews.net. Each week a deserving senior is announced as a winnerof a 350 dollar scholarship from Billy’s and 102.7.
