The Seward County Sheriff’s Office joined law enforcement across the country during the July Speeding safety campaign. From July 7th – July 15th, officers increased presence on local roads educating drivers on the consequences of speeding, and save lives.
During the enforcement campaign, deputies made 383 enforcement stops.
- 38 – speeding citations
- 6 – seat belt and child restraint citations
- 169 – other citations and arrests
- 170 – warnings
