Small Ball Skins Sweep Cimarron

After a recent  batting slump, the Liberal Redskins have re-grouped.  They are playing small ball and doing so effectively.  They are bunting to try to insure productive at bats and are playing station to station baseball.  And it’s working.  The Redskins are proving to handle the bats well and showed further evidence of that in a sweep at Cimarron Friday afternoon and evening.  The Redskins won 5-3 and 7-2 over the Blue Jays at Leo Leatherwood Field in Cimarron.  And they also hit two home runs and narrowly missed two more in the sweep.
