Redskin Swimmers Make History

KSCB News - May 17, 2013 7:18 am

Four LHS swimmers and their coaches departed Fridday morning at 6:30 for state, and that in and of itself is a story. This marks the first time LHS has qualifiers for the state swimming meet which is Friday at Topeka. Junior Tessa Downs, sophomore Paige Young, sophomore Erica Martinez, and junior Macy Hintergardt make up the 200 free team which made state consideration times and will compete at state under first year head coach Thais Baziquetto-Allen.
