Rattlers Take Home Field for Two Wins

With the Liberal Bee Jays on the road, the Liberal Rattlers gave fans a night of baseball Wednesday night.  The Rattlers hosted the Dodge City A’s.  The Rattlers won both games 7-6 and 8-5.  The Rattlers rallied in game one.  They trailed 4-0 going to the bottom of the sixth before plating six to lead 6-4.  Dodge City rallied with two to tie it.  C.J. Beard walked off Dodge City with a line drive single to center scoring Alex Schwindt for the 7-6 win.  The Rattlers led throughout game two for the win.  The Rattlers are 5-2.
