Surilda Ruth “Susie” Hampton

Surilda Ruth “Susie” Hampton, 66, of Liberal, passed away on Wednesday March 9, 2022 at Southwest Medical Center Liberal, Kansas.

She was born on November 20, 1955 to Isaac and Mildred (Clemons) Hampton at Yale, OK.

Susie was a graduate of the Yale OK High School; class of 1974. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, visiting with friends, and keeping contact with her family & friends.

Susie is survived by her Three Brothers, Jimmy Hampton and wife Gena of Turpin, OK, Virgil Clark and wife Carol of Heavener, OK, Howard Clark and wife Janice of Yale, OK; Two Sisters, Tillie Carpenter of Poteau, OK, Sharron Back of Cushing, OK; several Nieces & Nephews.

She was preceded in death by Father, Isaac Paul Hampton, Mother, Mildred Ruth Hampton, brother-in law, Ted Carpenter.

There will be no public viewing as Cremation has taken place.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, 10:00 am at the Lawson Cemetery Pavilion in Yale, OK with Pastor Michael Clark officiating.
