Steve Dale Coffman, 67, of Liberal  died Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at his home in Liberal.

 

He was born August 13, 1950 in Liberal to Kermit and Virginia Williams Coffman.

 

He graduated Liberal High School in 1968, and took 1 year atLiberal Vocational Technology School

He married Sharon Ulery September 1, 1968 at the First United Methodist Church Chapel in Liberal.

 

He was a member of the U.S. Army National Guard as a SPC 4 specialist.

 

He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Past Master of Masonic Fargo Lodge #300, AF&AM, A 32 degree member of the Scottish Rite of Wichita, the Order of Eastern Star 104 and Rainbow Girls. He also enjoyed Fishing hunting and woodworking but he especially liked spoiling his grandkids.

He is preceded in death by his parents an infant daughter Paula, sisters Norma Fredrick and Jimmy Lee Barlow.

 

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, August 11, 2019 at the Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jerry Odle officiating.

 

Visitation will be Friday August 10th from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.

 

Burial will be in Restlawn Cemetery with graveside services by Masonic Lodge # 300 and The American Legion.

 

Memorials may be made in Steve’s name to the American Cancer Society or to assist the family with financial expenses in care of Brenneman Funeral Home and Cremation Services 1212 W. 2nd St. Liberal, KS 67901.
