Shelley Ballard, 55, of Tyrone, Oklahoma passed away May 8, 2014 at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal, Kansas.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Tyrone Baptist Church in Tyrone, Oklahoma. Interment will be in the Tyrone Cemetery under the direction of Roberts Brothers Funeral Home in Hooker, Oklahoma.
