Scott Alan Osborn, age 32, of Wichita, Kansas, died Saturday, April 18, 2020. He was born May 23, 1987, in Elkhart, Kansas, the son of Alan Osborn and Brenda (Munro) Osborn.

Scott grew up in Elkhart, Kansas, and graduated from Elkhart High School where he was active in Scholar’s Bowl, ran cross country, track and participated in band. He went on to attend Dodge City Community College. Scott moved to Wichita, Kansas, in 2007 where he worked for Bartlett Elevator, worked as a granite installer, was a mechanic for Case IH and also worked in car sales. Scott moved back to Richfield, Kansas, in 2011 to work on the Family farm. Scott served on the Elkhart Fire Department and Richfield Fire Department. He just recently moved back to Wichita, Kansas, last May 2019. Scott loved to read and make models. He was a talented musician; he played the baritone, French horn, trumpet and the guitar. Scott was a jack of all trades.

On August 6, 2011, Scott married Amber Marie Brinkman in Wichita, Kansas. She survives. Other survivors include one son; Ethan Alan Osborn of Wichita, Kansas, his father; Alan Osborn and Fiancée Terry Ferguson of Richfield, Kansas, his mother; Brenda Osborn of Elkhart, Kansas, one sister; Laura L. Jones and husband Jeremie W. of Hugoton, Kansas, grandmother; Ellen Munro of Hooker, Oklahoma, and grandfather, Wiley Osborn of Elkhart, Kansas, as well as numerous, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Scott is preceded in death by his grandmother, Charlene Koksal and his grandfather, William Munro.

Graveside service will be held at the Elkhart Cemetery, Elkhart, Kansas, with Jonathan Lafond officiating.
