Paul Roland Chandler II, 80, of Liberal, passed away on Friday February 22, 2019 at Liberal, Kansas.

He was born on November 12, 1938 to Paul and Elola (Mason) Chandler at Swiftown, Mississippi.

In April 2010 he married Rosie Mae Walker in Wichita, KS; she survives.

Paul spent his early childhood in Swiftown, Mississippi and moved to Wichita, Kansas when he was a teenager in 1953. He was a graduate of Wichita North High School; class of 1956. Paul moved to Liberal, KS in 1960 where he was working with Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Co. After working with Panhandle Eastern he worked as a Truck Driver for National Carriers for five years. After working as a Truck Driver Paul and his mother purchased Mahoney Dry Cleaning business at 319 S. Kansas Ave in Liberal. Paul loved fishing, playing Dominos and listening to the Blues. He was a member of New Life Church in Wichita, Kansas.

Paul is survived Four Daughters- Tessa Anderson and husband Rico of Antioch, CA, Paulette Thompson and husband Tobias of Liberal, KS, Rolanda Livingston of Liberal, KS, Taunika Chandler of Atlanta, GA; Two Sons- Donald Lee Chandler of Derby, KS, Paul R Chandler, III and spouse of Miami, FL; Eight Grandchildren, two Great Grandchildren; One Brother- Leo Chandler of Greenwood, MS; Two Sisters- Susie Martin of Edmond, OK and Eartha Mason of Liberal, KS; Stepson- Cornelius Livingston of Liberal, KS; and a host of Nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather- Victor Hughes, Sister- Chrysanthemum Williams.

Viewing will be held 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm Thursday, February 28, 2019, at Miller Mortuary

Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Friday, March 1, 2019, at the Bibleway Church of God In Christ, with Pastor Steven Bailem officiating. Cremation will follow the service.

Memorials are suggested to the Bilbleway Church of God in Christ.
