Patricia Ann Harper, age 89, died Thursday, January 9, 2020, at Wheatridge Park Care Center in Liberal, Kansas.

She was born March 17, 1930 in Dodge City, Kansas, the daughter of Arlie and Minnie (Burr) Hatfield.

She graduated from High School in Freemont, California in 1948.
Patricia married Charles W. Harper on February 14, 1948 in Los Angles, California. They were married for 71 Years, living on the family ranch near Hugoton Kansas for 70 of those years where she was a loving homemaker.

She is survived by her husband Charles,
Daughter Paula Harrison of Deltona, Florida.
Sons Rod and his wife Cindy Harper of Liberal, Brent and his wife LaVonna Harper of Hutchinson, Kansas Craig and his wife Cathy Harper of Liberal, Kansas.

Brother Larry Hatfield of Portland, Oregon

Grandchildren Dustin (Kathy) Harrison, Melissa (Justin) Shelton, Robin (Jeff) Blasi, Nick (Natalie) Harper, Amy Kitts, Jeremy Kitts, Zac Moon, Morgan (Ryan) Brown.

Great Grandchildren Ashton Harrison, Derek Danser, Keelan Danser, Dani Danser, Rylee Negra, Brock Shelton, Avery, Burkley and Braxton Blasi, Hadley Harper, Madison Trotter, Hunter, Beckett and Oaklyn Moon, Jovi and Journi Brown.

Patricia was preceded in death by her Parents, Sister Roselyn Segelken, Son in Law Wendell Harrison and Grandson Aaron Harrison and Great-Grandson Bronx Brown.

Visitation will be 1pm to 5pm, Sunday, January 12, 2020 at the Brenneman-Hornung Family Funeral Home. Family will be present to greet friends from 3pm to 5pm.

Funeral Services are Monday, January 13th , 2020 at 11am, at the Lone Star Friends Church, 2698 State Hwy 51, Hugoton, Kansas 67951. Pastor Gary Damron presiding. Burial to follow at the Lone Star Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be provided in Patricia’s memory to the Lone Star Friends Church or the Alzheimer’s Foundation, in care of the Brenneman Funeral Home 1212 W. 2nd Liberal, KS 67901.
