Larry Wayne Bryant, 67, left on his next adventure on January 9, 2023 at his residence in Tyrone, Oklahoma.
He was born on November 30, 1955 in Satanta, Kansas, the son of Darrell Bryant and Patricia (Miller) Balzer.
He married Kimberly Kirk on September 19, 2015 in Hooker, Oklahoma. She survives.

He graduated from Satanta High School. He also attended Baker University and

Larry worked as a Parts Manager for Central Powers, Schlumberger as a manager, and as a District Manager for Weatherford.

Larry loved to travel. He went all over the world in various adventures, including South America, Panama, and Alaska. In the 70’s, he spent several years hitchhiking across the United States, visiting many locales. He enjoyed hunting, especially quail and pheasants. He also enjoyed his scotch. Larry was a fan of the Grateful Dead. Larry was so very optimistic, and always had a smile on his face. He was friendly with everyone and had many lifelong good friends.

Larry is survived by his wife, Kim, of the home.
His mother, Patricia Balzer of Liberal, Kansas
His son, Allen Bryant and his wife Raquel of Turpin, Oklahoma
His daughter, Katie Bryant and her husband David Sooter of Washington State
Step Daughters Ashley Gonzales and her husband Stephen Parvin, of Texas, Morgan Gonzales and her significant other Colton Carter of Texas, Lauren Mitchell and her husband Levi of Iowa and Brooke Paulus of Oklahoma.
His brother, Steve Bryant and his wife Donna, and Sister, Tanya Love.
9 Grandchildren

He was preceded in death by his previous spouse, Barbara Bryant, his father, Darrell Bryant and his stepfather Lawrence Balzer.

Visitation will be on Friday, January 13, 2023 at the Hornung Family Funeral Home, 1212 W 2nd Street, Liberal, Kansas, from 3pm to 7pm.
A celebration of life will be on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 1pm at the Hornung Family Funeral Home.
A private family burial will follow.
