Kevin Manuel Urquiza Watson

Kevin Manuel Urquiza Watson, 32, died Monday, April 17, 2023, at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas.

He was born on January 28, 1991, in Phoenix, Arizona, to Victor Urquiza and Wendy Watson.

Kevin graduated from high school and went on to become a truck driver, driving fuel tankers. He loved music. Kevin wrote music and learned to play the guitar by watching YouTube videos and Guitar for Dummies. He was a big kid at heart. When he was around children, he was the leader. Children loved him and he loved them. Kevin was greatly loved and will be profoundly missed by his family and numerous friends.

He is survived by his father, Victor Urquiza of Utah,
brother, Joel Watson (Victoria) of Meade, Kansas,
his sister, Bianca Torres of Plains, Kansas and
his beloved grandmother, Lady Lester.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Wendy Torres.

Visitation, and Family and Friends Sharing Time will be 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at the Hornung Family Funeral Home, 1212 W 2nd Street, Liberal, Kansas.
