Juanita Lambert, of Hooker, Oklahoma passed away July 23, 2015 at Faith Hospice in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Funeral services on Monday, July 27, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Hooker with Rev. Mark Wescoatt officiating. Interment will be in the Hooker Cemetery directed by Roberts Brothers Funeral Home in Hooker, Oklahoma.
