Jayn (Patrick) Berry, 69, died Wednesday September 13, 2017 in Liberal, KS.
She was born to R.J.”Pat” Patrick and Nina Faye Hammer Patrick on February 29, 1948 in Muenster, TX.
Survivors:
Daughter Jamie (Easley) Titus Liberal, KS.
Grandson Sean Patrick Titus Liberal, KS.
Father R.J. “Pat” Patrick Liberal, KS.
Brother-In-Law Paul Feldman The Woodlands, TX
She was preceded in death by her mother and sister Mary Jo (Patrick) Feldman.
In lieu of services the family will be remembering her privately.
