Jack Foltz, 92, of Hugoton, Kansas passed away November 22, 2015 at Pioneer Manor in Hugoton, Kansas.

Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Manchester Cemetery in Manchester, Oklahoma with Lee Rottman of the Hugoton Church of Christ officiating.

After graveside services the family will greet friends and provide a luncheon at the Manchester Activity Center.

Memorial are suggested to the Manchester Cemetery Association and may be left at Roberts Brothers Funeral Home, Box 745, Hooker, Oklahoma 73945
