Eduviges (Vicky) Duran Caro

Eduviges (Vicky) Duran Caro, 55, passed away in Satanta, Kansas on Thursday, July 21, 2022.

The daughter of Pedro and Bertha (Duran) Bustillos, she was born on December 21, 1966, in Temosachic, Chihuahua, Mexico.

Eduviges married Saul Caro on November 1, 1999, in Satanta, Kansas.

Vicky was a member of the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church of Satanta.

She enjoyed and loved her family. Vicky enjoyed traveling, cooking, sewing, baking, babysitting, and thrift shopping.

Survivors include her husband, Saul Caro, Satanta, KS.; three sons, Gustavo Fuentes and wife Celia, Moscow, KS., Bernardo Fuentes, Meade, KS., Noel Caro, Satanta, KS.; three daughters, Jacqueline Limon and husband Oscar, Hugoton, KS., Lizeth Duran, Satanta, KS . and Nidia Cruz and husband Joseph, Hugoton, KS.; two brothers, Pedro Duran Jr., Gerardo Duran; eight sisters, Elva Gamez, Palma Olave, Norma Duran, Rosa Duran, Lucia Salas, Sofia Salas, Zulema Moreno, and Monica Salamanca; five grandchildren, Ana Fuentes, Natalie Castilleja, Saul Fuentes, Alex Limon, Ever Meza and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her son Adrian Fuentes and brother Martin Duran.

There will be no public visitation held.

Rosary Vigil will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at 7 P.M. at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Satanta, KS.

The funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 29, 2022, at 10 A.M., at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Satanta, KS. Interment will follow at the Dudley Township Cemetery, Satanta, KS.
