Dave Mangels: UPDATE

David “Dave” Mangels, age 49, of Ulysses, Kansas died Monday, October 7, 2013 at Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital, Ulysses, Kansas. He was born October 15, 1963 at Wellington, Kansas the son of Floyd Carl and Velma Hazel (Joyner) Mangels.
Dave was a truck driver, heavy equipment operator and also worked in construction.
He is survived by one son; Stevie Lackey of Brigham City, Utah, four brothers; Darrel Mangels of Ulysses, Kansas, Carl Mangels of Piedmont, Oklahoma, Edward Mangels of Ulysses, Kansas and Lloyd Mangels of Leipers Fork, Tennessee, one sister; Judy Caldwell of Ulysses, Kansas.
Dave is preceded in death by his parents and one sister; Vikki.

Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday October 12, 2013 at Garnand Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Janet Hernandez officiating. Memorial contributions may be given to the Dave Mangels memorial fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 405 W. Grant, Ulysses, Kansas 67880.
