Cal Duane Millsap, 67, of Liberal, passed away on Saturday May 16, 2020 at BSA Hospital in Amarillo, TX.

He was born on May 1, 1953 to Duane and Rosemary (Urton) Millsap at Leoti, KS.

On August 8, 1992 he married Colleen Anderson in Liberal, KS; she survives.

Cal was a graduate of Syracuse High School; class of 1972. He had worked as a Truck Driver to provide for his family for the last 26 years; working with Koehn Trucking, Jim O’Grady Trucking, and National Carriers. Before Trucking he also worked with several Landscaping and Oilfield Companies. Cal enjoyed tending his immaculate yard, going to the car races, rodeos and watching and reading Westerns. For the past few years he’s had constant companion by his side, his little dog Antonio! Cal was a strong Christian man who was devoted to his family. He and Colleen were members of the South Church of God in Liberal, KS.

Cal is also survived by Two Daughters, Tyconda Bonner and husband Alvin J. of Canyon, TX, Callie Brockett and husband Conrad of Tyrone, OK; Adopted Son, Michael Millsap and wife Mistee of Jonesboro, AR; Three Grandchildren, Cody Millsap and wife Jordan, Keegan Millsap, and Kinley Millsap.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sister, Jan Munyon and In-Laws, Archie and Theresa Anderson.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Friday, May 22, 2020, at the South Church of God with Pastor Presephonie Fuller, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Liberal City Cemetery.

Attendance at the service will follow CDC guidelines and the Governor’s re-opening phase 1.5 guidelines, in that 10 or more people are allowed if social distancing can be maintained. This is for safety and the best interest of everyone’s health; we encourage use of social media to offer condolences and support to the family for those unable to attend.

Memorials are suggested to the South Church of God Building Fund in care of Miller Mortuary PO Box 826 Liberal, KS 67905-0826.
