Asencion (Mendoza Rojo) Salazar, age 64, died July 12, 2012, at her home in Liberal, Kansas .
She was born May 30, 1948, at Chihuahua , Mexico , to Conrado Mendoza and Liandra (Rojo) Mendoza.
She lived in Mexico until moving to Liberal 6 years ago. She was a homemaker.
She married Apolonio Salazar, in Chihuahua , Mexico . He died November 5, 2009.
Survivors include:
2 daughters – Reyna Guadalupe Salazar, and spouse Adan Rosales of Liberal, KS
Maria del Rosario Machuca, and spouse Enrique Machuca of Liberal, KS
2 brothers
3 sisters
6 grandchildren – Janeth Rosales, Adan Rosales, Galilea Rosales, Enrique Machuca, Samuel Machuca, and Leah Machuca.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers.
Visitation Time will be 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday, July 16, at Brenneman Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 17, at Apostolic Life Tabernacle, in Liberal, with Pastor Audie McCuiston presiding. Burial will take place in San Antonio de la Chacon Cementario, Satevo,Chih, Mexico.
