Andres Osbaldo Ortiz Jr.

Andres Osbaldo Ortiz Jr., age 38, died Monday, September 13, 2021, at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal, Kansas.

He was born on September 5, 1983, the son of Andres Osbaldo Ortiz Sr. and Maria Angeles Andrade in Spearman, Texas.

Andres married Sarai Marroquin on June 26, 2006, in Kent Washington. He was the father of Orlando Andres Ortiz and Sienna Mercedes Ortiz.
He was in the US Army and served in Iraq as a Medic. Andres also worked in the oilfield as a Field Supervisor.

Children, Orlando Andres and Sienna Mercedes Ortiz of Federal Way, Washington
Father, Andres Ortiz Sr., of Liberal, Kansas
Brother, Oscar Ortiz of Denver, Colorado

Andres was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Ortiz, grandmothers, Concha Andrade and Elvira Ortiz and his grandfather.

Visitation will be 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Friday, September 17, 2021, at the Hornung Family Funeral Home, 1212 W. 2nd Street, Liberal, Kansas.

Graveside Service will follow at the Liberal Cemetery.
