Last night the Warrior Scholars Bowl team hosted their annual meet. There
were 8 teams here last night. The Junior Varsity team which consisted of
Melissa Lujan, Stephanie Cruz, Savannah Bigham, Katrin Flores, Kyler
Sheldon, and Captain Tommy McClure ended the evening in a three-way tie for
3 with a record of 4-3. However, after the tiebreaker, the team placed 5th
for the evening. The leading scorers were Tommy McClure with 130 points,
Kyler Sheldon with 75 points, Katrin Flores with 70 points, Melissa Lujan
with 30 points, Stephanie Cruz with 20 points, and Savannah Bigham with 10
points. The team would like to thank Ms. Collins for traveling with them
last night. The Varsity team which consisted of Seth Whitaker, Mana

for 1st but after the tiebreaker, they ended second only losing to Hugoton,
the record for the evening was 5-1. The leading scorers were Seth Whitaker
with 185 points, Katie Classen with 130 points, Mana Chanthasone with 90
points, Brooks Kappelmann with 60 points, Hudson Brown with 60 points, and
Parker Brown with 40 points. The teams did really well last night and will
be traveling to Rolla on Monday for the final meet of the year. The
Warrior Scholars Bowl team would like to thank all those who came to
support them yesterday it really means alot. , Hudson Brown, Parker Brown
and Captain Katie Classes ended the evening in a tie for 1st but after the
