Meade Looks for More in 2023

Brock Kappelmann - August 23, 2023 1:27 pm

After a 9-2 2022 season and two years removed from a 13-0 state championship season, the Meade Buffaloes are poised to make another run.  Meade has 27 out for football with three starters back on defense and four returning on offense.  Meade loses all state players Grayden Stapleton, Brayden Norris, Brady Papay, and Braetyn Couse.  But they have plenty of talent in the cupboard for second year head coach Clay Kuhns.

Some of the key Buffaloes include Sr. lineman Cole Papay, Sr. RB/WR (multiple positions) Harrison Bachman, Sr. lineman Jaryn Knott, Sr. WR/CB Bradan Bird, Sr. QB/DB Cade Cronister, Sr. MLB/WR Vincent Lynn,  Sr. RB/LB Brock Keith, Jr. TE/DL Alec Holguin (6’2″ 270), Jr. C Jace Jones, and So. WR/LB Samuel Lynn.

Meade was featured during Sportsguys on Wednesday morning.
