M.J. Foster is Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week

Liberal junior cross country runner M.J. Foster is Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Foster won the Hugoton meet Saturday with his PR  time of 16:42.90.  Also this season, Foster was 2nd in the junior race at Hesston in 17:55, and he was 4th at Meade.  Foster also participates in basketball, track, FCA, and NHS.  Foster and the Redskins have their fourth meet of the season Saturday at Lawrence.
