Liberal Tops Wichita Heights for North Cup Opening Win

The Liberal girls soccer team opened play in the Wichita North Cup with a 5-3 win over Wichita Heights. Ashley Carrillo scored four goals and dished an assist. Arely Molina scored a goal and dished a pair of assists. Liberal is 6-5 and will play Wichita East in the semifinals Thursday at 5pm in Wichita.
