Fireworks may only be discharged on private property with the consent of the property owner. Fireworks may not be discharged on any public street, alley, or avenue or in any park or public place in the City.

Fireworks may be sold in the City of Liberal between June 27th to July 4th. Bottle rockets remain illegal to be discharged in the State of Kansas.
