LHS Girls Tie WAC Champion Dodge City

The WAC champs couldn’t beat Liberal on Senior Night at the Gary Cornelsen Sports Complex. Dodge City, who had already clinched the WAC girls soccer title, came to town Thursday night. The two teams finished in a 0-0 tie after two overtimes. Liberal finishes 3-4-1 in the WAC while the Red Demons are 6-0-2 in their WAC championship season. Liberal is 7-8-1 overall and plays in regionals next week.
