It was signing day Wednesday afternoon at Liberal High School. Senior guard Kylie Rhine signed to play basketball at Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas. She will play for new head coach Evan Belk in the NAIA program which plays in the KCAC. Rhine was a first team all WAC player for Liberal as a junior averaging 10 points per game. She sank 31 three pointers last season. She also excelled on defense with 45 steals. Rhine had a 20 point game against Lakin last season. Rhine signed her letter of intent Wednesday flanked by her family, friends, LHS coach Brandi Fowler, and her summer coach Emmanuel Adigun.
