Brock Kappelmann - May 28, 2021 6:42 am

Jayce Korf came through again.  The senior right handed pitcher pitched a complete game with eight strikeouts and no walks allowing one run on six hits.  But Anderson County, the 3A tournament’s top seed, did not allow a hit as Hugoton dropped the opening round game 1-0 Thursday afternoon at Tointon Family Stadium in Manhattan.  Hugoton finishes 15-9.
