Kale Miller qualifies for state with an 8th place finish at regionals with a 78 in a very windy and cold day for the majority of play Tuesday at Buffalo Dunes in Garden City . He stuck to the game plan of being a little more conservative and taking less risks to coast into the state tournament next week. With the few changes he has made I think he is trending in the right direction heading to Firekeeper and one of the toughest courses in the state next week.

Unfortunately the rest of our varsity had their season come to an end. Some ended with some bright spots and better play on one of our toughest condition and course set ups. We finished 6th out 8 teams.

With all 16 players on the team returning for next year I look forward to them progressing throughout the summer and seeing where we are next spring. This group has been fun to coach and has worked really hard.
