The Hays Lady Indians handed the Liberal Lady Redskins their first home loss 65-42 Friday night in the Big House.  Hays went 16-21 from three point range in the win.

Liberal took an early 10-8 lead.  Hays led 19-12 after one quarter as Jenna Schmeidler of Hays hit three first quarter three pointers.  Hays extended their lead to 38-23.  HHS led 38-25 at halftime.  Hays led 41-25 early in the third quarter.  The Lady Indian lead ballooned to 21 at 48-27 with 3:14 to play in the third.  HHS led 51-27 before lead 51-31 after three.

Hays improves to 18-1 overall and 5-0 in the WAC.  They win their 24th straight WAC game.  Liberal is 13-3 overall and 3-2 in the WAC.  LHS falls to 6-1 in the Big House.  Liberal plays at Great Bend Tuesday night at 6pm with Redskin Pre-game at 5:45 on 1270 and 92.3.
