Fog Causes Injury Accident in Haskell County

Dense fog is to blame for an injury accident on Highway 83 in Haskell County Monday morning. A Lumina was headed north on 83. A semi tractor was traveling east on 160. The weather was foggy with visibility less than a quarter mile. The tractor was crossing the intersection of 83 and U-160-K-144 when the Lumina struck it in the axles. Fifty-eight year old Sarah Krahn from Alberta, Canada was a passenger in the Lumina. She was in injured and taken to St. Catherine’s Hospital in Garden City.
