The Garden City Buffaloes broke a 1-1 tie with a second half goal to top the Liberal Redskins 2-1 in girls soccer Tuesday night at Buffalo Stadium in Garden City.  Ashley Batista scored Liberal’s goal which was unassisted.  Garden City is 9-5-1 overall and 6-1 in the WAC.  Liberal falls to 5-7-1 overall and 1-5-1 in the WAC.  Liberal hosts Dodge City Thursday night at about 6:30 at the Gary Cornelsen Sports Complex.
