Cody Smith is Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week

Liberal senior 132 pound wrestler Cody Smith is the Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week. Smith is 26-11. He and the Redskins compete at the regional meet in Great Bend on Saturday against #4 Newton, #5 Valley Center, Great Bend, Hays, Salina South, Salina Central, and Maize South. Smith qualified for state as a sophomore and is trying to do the same as a senior.
