Liberal junior cross country runner Caleb Zamora is the Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Zamora qualified for state at Saturday’s regional at Dodge City with a personal record  time of 17:40.43.  He finished 15th in the 6A regional.  Zamora ran the WAC Meet at Willow Tree in 18:14 to be named 2nd team all WAC.  Zamora is also involved in track, FCA, and NHS at LHS.  He plays the bass guitar for the worship team at Crosspoint.  Zamora will run at 6A state in Lawrence at 12:20 Saturday.
