Bee Jays Rained Out Wednesday in Hays

The Liberal and Bee Jays and the Hays Larks were prepared to play their final regular season game Wednesday at Larks Park in Hays.  But when a severe thunderstorm moved through town shortly before 7 dropping heavy rain on Hays, the game was washed out.  The game will not be made up as the Bee Jays begin play in the NBC World Series Friday night at 7 against 316 Elite.  The game will air on 1270 and kscbnews.net.

The Bee Jays finish their regular season 24-17 overall and 20-15 in the Jayhawk.  Liberal finishes in third in the league.
