The Kansas Shrine Bowl is moving up on the calendar and west on the map. The event is in Dodge City Saturday night at 7 at Dodge City Memorial Stadium. Elkhart’s Lane Whisennand and Elkhart coach Chris Hattabaugh will participate in the event. Here are some details.
