Redskins Compete with 5A’s Best in Emporia

Liberal saw the favorite team to win 5A team honors with Mill Valley in
Emporia on Tuesday. We also got to scout regional opponent Salina
Central. Our kids competed hard but came up short. Individual results:
Singles–Dave Bhakta went 0-4
Doubles–Calen Moore and Marcelino Barrientos went 0-4
Doubles–Duncan Hinz and Erick Rodriguez went 1-3
We travel to Garden City on Monday for WAC.
