LHS Goes 3-3 in Home Tournament

Liberal went 3-3 at their home tournament in the Big House Saturday. Liberal opened Saturday morning with a win over Southwestern Heights 25-14, 25-19 before defeating Wichita Southeast 25-18, 25-18. LHS finished pool play with losses to Pratt 19-25, 25-17, 23-25 and Ulysses 2-1. In the consolation bracket, LHS beat Hugoton 25-14, 25-20 and lost to Meade 25-9, 22-25, 15-25. LHS is 8-12 and plays September 29 at a quad in Dodge City. Here are the team champs and all tournament team.
