Cam Slatten is Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week

Liberal sophomore long distance runner Cam Slatten is the Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week. Slatten has won the 2 mile run in three of her four meets this season and has won the mile in two of four meets. Slatten won the 3200 in Haysville last week in 12:15.67. Her best time was 12:12 at Great Bend. Her best time in the mile is 5:35. She finished 18th at state cross country this fall. She is a member of NHS and part of the Liberal Running Club in the summer. LHS competes at Hutchinson Friday for their fifth meet of the season.
