Gurley and Hudy Attend Event at Country Club

The KU Alumni Association Southwest Chapter Golf Classic reached its eighth year Friday. KU basketball color announcer and former player Greg Gurley and Assistant Athletic Director of Sports Performance Andrea Hudy are the featured guests at this year’s event. The golf event began at 1 p.m. with a lunch before play at the Liberal Country Club. The dinner begins at 6 at the country club. Hugoton native and KU Vice President of Alumni Program Heath Peterson made the trip to Southwest Kansas along with Director of Legacy Relations Joy Maxwell and Coordinator of Chapters Kelsey Hill. They joined the Sportsguys for the show on Friday morning. Interviews with Gurley and Hudy air during the Sportsgulys Monday between 7:37 and 9 on 1270 and kscbnews.net.
