The weight room is open and encouraged for athletes at these times on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
High school boys- June 2- July 17 6:30-8 a.m.
High school girls June 2- July 17- 8-9 a.m.
Middle school – 9-10 a.m.
Elementary- 11-12
Football-
Youth camp June 24, 25, 26 for 3rd-8th grade 2-3:30 for 25 dollars with t-shirt included.
High School team camp- July 16-18 for freshmen-seniors 2-4 cost 25 dollars with t-shirt included.
Volleyball-
Team camp July 14-17 11-1 incoming 7-8th graders and 1-3 incoming 9-12th graders.
Summer workouts 8-9 Monday and Wednesday.
Middle school open gym 9-10 at West Middle School.
10-11 high school small groups at West Tuesday and Thursday.
11-1 high school open gym Monday only.
Sand VB Wednesday
Open gym 5-6 p.m. at LHS big gym.
Cross Country
July 21-25 8:30-11:30 a.m. 7-12th grade.
Boys basketball
8-9:30 Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs fundamentals in main gym.
9:30-12 7th-12th small gym Monday and Wednesday
4th-6th grade fundamentals 10-11 small gym on Tuesday and Thursday.
Girls basketball
Team camp- 10-12 June 2-4 at SCCC
Open gym- 9th-12th 9:30-11 Monday and Wednesday and 11-1 Tuesday and Thursday.
11:10 a.m. to 1 p.m. 7th and 8th grade skills training at LHS Tuesday and Thursday.
4th-6th garde fundamentals 12:05-1:15 Monday and Wednesday.

June 3-July 17 9-12th grade form 6-9 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday
Golf
June 6- June 25 Willow Tree Friday’s only

Wrestling
7th-12th 8-9 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday open wrestling.
Open wrestling 6-11 years old June 3-July 31 Tuesday and Thursday
Coach Woofter Wrestling Camp- July 22-24 10-noon and 6-8 p.m. cost is 10 dollars.
