Saints Take Second in Oz-Fest Classic

Seward won 3-4 matches at the Oz-Fest Classic in the Green House this weekend to claim second place. Number one ranked Western Nebraska won the classic.

Saturday, Seward beat Frank Phillips Saturday morning (25-11, 25-12, 28-30, 25-11). The Saints lost to top ranked Western Nebraska Saturday afternoon (15-25, 24-26, 15-25). Western Nebraska had only lost two sets all season but Seward was tied at 13 in the first set and led 23-17 in the second set before losing.

The Saints are 17-6 overall. Seward plays at Northern Oklahoma-Enid today before hosting Pratt Wednesday.
