Youth Served for State Bound Bowlers

KSCB News - March 2, 2011 6:23 am

Two young Liberal High School bowlers qualified for state Saturday in Wichita. Freshman Hunter Rinehart bowled a 635 series and sophomore Kimberly Vanley rolled a 550 series Saturday at Seneca Bowl in west Wichita. Both will compete at state at Northrock in Wichita Thursday. Their teams just missed state as only the top two teams qualify. The LHS girls were fourth and the boys were seventh at regionals. Interviews with Vanley and Rinehart will air Thursday morning during the Sportsguys between 7:37 and 9 a.m. on Talkradio 1270 and kscbnews.net.
