Forgan Tames Timberlake

The Forgan Bulldogs are in the Class C semifinals for the second straight year after dominating the Timberlake Tigers (9-3) 40-6 Friday night at Lepp Field in Forgan. Rhett Radcliffe and Matt Morris both busted off a pair of long first half touchdown runs for a 30-0 Forgan halftime lead. Rhett found brother Ryan for a touchdown pass in the second half. Forgan rushed for 353 yards and held Timberlake to 63 rushing yards. The 11-1 Bulldogs try to avenge their only loss of the season when they face Deer Creek-Lamont next weekend. Deer Creek-Lamont buried Temple 40-6. Covington-Douglas beat Tipton 28-22 and Shattuck handled Maud 46-0.
