Waterpark Opening Delayed

KSCB News - May 21, 2009 12:00 am

In a press release issued this morning from City Hall, Liberal’s Adventure Bay Waterpark will not open Memorial Weekend. Due to unanticipated delays from some vendors, the new city waterpark will not be ready to open Memorial weekend. At this time, the City will tentatively move the project opening to the week of June 15th. The City will be able to give a more definite date after the first of June. The community’s patience is greatly appreciated as we are all eagerly anticipating this beautiful facility to open.
