Volunteers Needed For Kansas Sampler Festival

The Kansas Sampler Festival will be occurring in Liberal May 5 and 6 in Light Park. More than 185 vendors have already registered to exhibit, sell, entertain and demonstrate at the event. This event offers attendees a chance to sample what there is to see, do, hear, taste, buy and learn in Kansas.

It also offers local residents a chance to show those exhibitors and festival attendees what is so great about the community. Volunteers are needed on Friday, May 4, Saturday, May 5, and Sunday, May 6, to assist with the event.

Anyone interested in volunteering is invited to stop by the Rock Island Depot Monday, March 12; Tuesday, March 13; or Thursday, March 15, between the hours of 5 and 6:30 p.m. Volunteer positions, job descriptions and hours will be posted for review. Convention and Visitors Bureau staff will be on hand to answer questions.
