Ulysses Man Injured in Kearney County Accident

A one vehicle accident at 6:55am Wednesday morning has injured a Ulysses man. The accident occurred 1.5 miles west of K25 on County Rd 40 in Kearney County.

A 2005 KIA Sorento being driven by Phil Scott Hanson, 61, of Ulysses, was eastbound on county road 40, when he left the roadway to the right, and rolled an unknown amount of times.

Hanson was taken to the Kearney County Hospital with serious injuries. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
